Every purchase from Meuble Divino is protected by a reliable warranty designed to give you peace of mind and long-term satisfaction. We proudly offer durable furniture at competitive prices in Montréal, supported by a fair, clear, and transparent after-sales process.

2-Year Furniture Warranty

All furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to structural issues, mechanical failures, and defects related to materials or components. Once a defect is confirmed, Meuble Divino will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or an equivalent product of equal or greater value. Cash refunds are not offered under warranty claims.

Mattress Warranty (Up to 10 Years)

Selected mattresses include a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the model. To remain eligible, the mattress must be clean, stain-free, used on a proper base or platform, and protected from humidity, misuse, or improper handling. Any stains or physical damage will immediately void the warranty.

Reporting a Defect

Any visible defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. After this period, the product is considered accepted and in good condition.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

Please include your full name, phone number, order number, clear photos of the defect, and photos of the complete product and packaging. Once all required information is received, your request will be reviewed and our team will respond within 72 hours.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, stains, spills, pilling, or normal aesthetic wear. It also excludes damage resulting from humidity, heat exposure, pets, negligence, or improper use. Products that have been altered, modified, or assembled incorrectly are not eligible. Clearance items, special orders, mattresses, pillows, bedding, and mattress protectors are final sale and not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery or Pickup

Customers must ensure that furniture dimensions fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators. All access areas must be clear and safe, especially during winter conditions. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. Any remaining balance must be paid in-store at least 2 days before delivery, as phone payments are not accepted.
