Delivery or Pick Up at Checkout

At checkout, you can choose between Delivery or Pick Up, depending on what works best for you. If your address falls outside our local delivery area, shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on your location.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is free on purchases of $249 or more. On the day of delivery, our team will contact you to provide a delivery time window. Please ensure you have a valid photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and be prepared to sign upon delivery. To avoid delays, all entrances, hallways, and doorways must be clear and easily accessible. All items are delivered inside your building and are never left curbside.

Delivery Outside Our Local Area

For addresses outside our local delivery zone, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates vary depending on the distance and the size of the product. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Pick Up Orders

When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation by phone or email. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the pickup location. A valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase are required at the time of pickup for verification.
